I Assist Future was officially founded by Ryan Alan Pinkerton in the February of 2009 after several years of developing effective systems and techniques backed up with valid and reliable research.
With a background in psychology and health science along with a keen interest in architecture and engineering, a new approach to Human Resources and the way in which people and business work together was developed for a sustainable future. Collaboration along side business consultants and coaches, a strong network of professionals are geared towards a common goal.
It is therefore innovation in design which keeps I Assist Future ahead as many traditional HR models cease to recognise the needs of the individuals which power an organisation.
